Faith, Not Fear

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

Hebrews 11:1

• Faith is the antidote of fear
• Faith begins where logic ends
• Our faith does not rest in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God - 1 Cor 2:5
• Faith is about complete trust and obedience in a God whose ways are far beyond our comprehension
• Faith will operate fully when you let go of logic
• Proverbs 3:5-6 gives us a better understanding of how we can apply faith in our daily lives:

1. Trust in the Lord - we are called to have complete faith in God
2. Lean not on your own understanding - let go of your logic
3. In all your ways acknowledge him - Depend on God
4. He will make your path straight - God always provides breakthroughs
